    Based in Northamptonshire, ER Solutions is a small, dynamic consultancy dedicated to providing support to small businesses and individuals in the local community who have limited or no Human Resources/Training support.  Alternatively, we also provide specific HR services e.g. training, to larger corporate bodies.

    Julia Quarmby-Norden is a Human Resources specialist with a decade of hands-on experience working at a senior level in local industry and dealing with many key facets of the modern commercial HR/Training environment.
